Brittany Larose

Brittany Larose currently serves as a Regional Recruiter for Maine Drilling & Blasting, managing the full recruiting lifecycle across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Prior to this role, Brittany worked as a Human Resources Generalist for the Town of West Springfield, overseeing recruitment processes and collaborating with key stakeholders for staffing needs. Experience as a Human Resources Support Specialist at Springfield Public Schools included administration of benefit plans and leave processes. Brittany's recruitment expertise was further developed as a Full-Cycle Recruiter at United Personnel, and earlier experience as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health demonstrated strong attention to detail.
