Monica Soileau

Monica Soileau is a seasoned supply chain and business consultant with extensive experience in logistics, transportation, and distribution management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at SGS Maine Pointe and a Business Consultant at Synergetics, Monica has led post-merger and acquisition integration projects and has held significant leadership roles, including Global Director of Supply Chain at Supply Chain Consulting Management Services. Monica founded a supply chain consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for various industries and has acted as an Executive Advisor for the City of New Orleans. Notably, Monica’s previous positions include Director of Global Supply Chain at Aegion Corporation and North America Logistics & Transportation Manager at CARBO. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science from McNeese State University and an Associate's degree from the University of Phoenix. Monica also ventured into acting, working as a background actress and stand-in for various films and TV series from 2018 to 2021.
