Roasting our alliums, toasting our spices, and fermenting our pepper and fruit bases makes it tasty and fun. Flavor comes first with all of our products, whether our fermented and blended shelf stable Maine Gravy hot sauces, our live ferment refrigerated Resurgam hot sauces, or our freeze-dried fermented seasonings. Most of our hot sauces hit in the middle of the hot sauce heat scale pantheon for people who genuinely like serious spice and heat, but don’t necessarily want to hurt themselves.
