Gail Cohen is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various healthcare and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Retired Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2024, Gail previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at MaineGeneral Health since June 2017. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Catholic Medical Mission Board, where Gail contributed to global healthcare initiatives, and Vice President of HR at Saint Clare's Health System, providing strategic leadership to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
