Lisa Ouellette, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MaineGeneral Health. Previously, Lisa held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources (Interim) at Corewell Health East and served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Software Technology Company. At Beaumont Health, Lisa's roles included Sr. Vice President & CHRO (Interim), Vice President of Human Resources and HR Business Partners, and Director of Human Resources. Lisa Ouellette holds a Master's Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and has also studied at Oakland University.
