Hina Hashmi is a dedicated medical student at the University of New England since 2019 and has been serving as a research assistant at the Maine Medical Center Research Institute since June 2017. Prior experience includes working as a scientific research specialist at the University of Maine from May 2015 to February 2017, where Hina managed an immunology and virology lab while acting as a liaison between the principal investigator and other staff. Hina earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with a pre-medicine concentration from the University of Maine between 2011 and 2015.
