Sergey Tsibulnikov is a Staff Scientist at MaineHealth Institute for Research since January 2021 and previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Sergey holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physiology, General from Siberian State Medical University, having completed studies there in 2016-2017 and from 2009-2013, with earlier education at the same institution between 2003 and 2009.
