Bill Whitmore

Bill Whitmore has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Bill currently holds the position of Vice President, Business Transformation at MaineHealth since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Maine Market at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from May 2019 to June 2023. Before joining Harvard Pilgrim, Bill held various roles at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. From July 2014 to April 2019, they worked as Vice President of Maine Sales, and from December 2009 to June 2014, they served as Vice President of Maine Underwriting. Bill started their career at Anthem as an Actuary in July 1989 and held the position until December 2009.

Bill Whitmore attended Bowdoin College from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
