David Hersh

David Hersh is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in health care and financial sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at MaineHealth since April 2019, David previously held key roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Business Project Manager from October 2015 to June 2018, where oversight of procurement contracts for TRICARE Dental and Medical was a primary responsibility. David also contributed as IT Cross-Application Project Manager in the Community & State Division from May 2013 to April 2015, managing Medicaid initiatives. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Program Manager at Aetna, leading diverse teams in programs related to the Network/Provider domain, and as Senior Development Manager at Bank of America, overseeing project teams across multiple locations.
