Helena Ackerson, MPPM, CPXP has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and project management roles. Helena is currently serving as the Vice President of Patient Experience at MaineHealth, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a system-wide strategy to improve patient and family experience. Additionally, they have certifications in Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), Project Management from the University of New Hampshire, and Supervision & Leadership from the University of Southern Maine.
