Natasha Erb

Natasha Erb has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and finance industry. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Finance for MaineHealth Medical Group at MaineHealth, where they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Finance for Franklin Memorial Hospital at MaineHealth from May 2018 to August 2021.

Natasha also has experience at Medical Care Development, Inc., where they worked as the Chief Financial Officer from November 2017 to May 2018 and as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate HR from December 2015 to November 2017.

Natasha has been associated with Franklin Memorial Hospital in various roles, including Director of Finance from March 2014 to November 2015, Director of Decision Support from January 2013 to January 2014, Accounting Manager from 2008 to December 2012, and Director of Patient Accounts from February 2007 to February 2008.

Prior to joining Franklin Memorial Hospital, Natasha worked as a Controller at Maine Veterans' Homes from March 2004 to February 2007. Natasha began their career as a Public Accountant at Macdonald Page & Co LLC from December 1999 to March 2004.

Natasha also has teaching experience as a Guest Instructor of Managerial Accounting at the University of Maine in 2002. Natasha holds an MBA, FHFMA, and CPA certification.

Natasha Erb has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Natasha also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business/Foreign Languages from the University of Maine, achieved from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, Natasha Erb received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education with a specialization in Foreign Languages from Komi State Pedagogical Institute (KGPI) between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
