Rachel Alfiero

Rachel Alfiero, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Telehealth at MaineHealth since August 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating the Annual Wellness Visit Workgroups and leading the Care Coordination Work Group. Prior to MaineHealth, Rachel worked at Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy from March 2013 to August 2016 as a Member Services Specialist, managing customer inquiries and program logistics. Rachel’s career began at Massachusetts General Hospital from September 2010 to March 2013, where duties included responding to urgent referrals as an Intake Coordinator and facilitating patient services as a Patient Services Coordinator II. Rachel Alfiero holds a Master of Science degree from Lasell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
