Robert Hardison

Robert “Bob” Hardison grew up in Caribou Maine and earned his bachelors in Civil Engineering from University of Maine. He worked as an engineer in Buffalo and Seneca Falls, New York before returning to Maine to open and operate Atlantic Pump and Engineering, Inc. in Sanford in 1991.

Bob has always been an involved member of his community both during his time in New York and in Maine where served many community boards. His interest in healthcare led to his service on the Goodall Hospital Board of Trustees for 15 years, serving as Chairman of the Board from 2002 to 2004. He has also served as Chair on the Cancer Care Center of York County Board, and most recently the serving on the MaineHealth Board of Corporators and the Southern Maine Health Care local board where he most recently chaired the Planning & Development committee.

Bob remains very active in Sanford community through his work with the Sanford Regional Growth Council, Sanford Planning Board, Sanford-Springvale Rotary, Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce and many other organizations.
