Sharon Baughman

Sharon Baughman serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at MaineHealth since June 2022. Previously, Sharon held the position of Regional CNO for Ascension Milwaukee North Region from June 2021 to June 2022, and before that, served as Vice President of Patient Care at Ascension Columbia St Mary’s from April 2018 to June 2022. Other roles within Ascension include North Region CNO from October 2016 to March 2018. Sharon's career in healthcare management began at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, where a CNO position was held from March 2005 to September 2016. Sharon earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Marquette University.
