Dennis Lajoie

Dennis Lajoie is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and community development. As the business owner of DLajoie Consulting, LLC since March 2024, Dennis specializes in project and construction management and serves as an owner representative. Currently holding a position as a loan officer at MaineHousing since October 2023, Dennis previously served as the town manager in Norway, Maine, from June 2017 until retirement in April 2023. Dennis also led Community Concepts Finance Corporation as CEO for over 25 years, significantly contributing to affordable housing development as well as community finance initiatives across Maine. Dennis holds a Master’s degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and participated in Leadership Maine from 2012 to 2013.
