Sheila Nielsen, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in IT leadership and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and formerly as Director of Information Technology at MaineHousing since February 2019, Sheila has a proven track record of delivering complex projects, including the Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substance Compliance Program and an ERP Selection Project during self-employment from January 2018 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of PMO & IT Application Services at MaineGeneral Health and Manager of SAP Support at Energy East, with a foundational career as a Senior Systems Business Analyst at Central Maine Power Company. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Thomas College.
