Kyle Whitfield

Kyle Whitfield is an experienced Project Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the construction industry. Currently employed at Mainelli Mechanical since April 2011, Kyle specializes in prospective project negotiations, initial budget proposals, and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes an internship at Sampson Construction Company from June 2007 to December 2009, where Kyle conducted project estimates and managed submittal reviews, as well as an internship at Kiewit from May 2004 to August 2005, focusing on the closure of the Creighton University Science Building project through subcontractor scheduling and punch list verification. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completed in 2009, and is a graduate of Bellevue West High School, class of 2003.
