In 2017, Citra briefly worked as a Ticketing Sub Agent at Golden Rama Tours & Travel. Citra then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at AVIATOUR in 2019, where they sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and handled administrative duties. Citra joined MainGames Official in 2021 and has taken on various roles such as HR Recruitment and HR Lead, where they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and expanding the recruitment channel. Citra also worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Eklipse.gg, where they utilized AI technology to help streamers enhance their online presence and foster growth.
