Allen Simonetti

Allen Simonetti has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Allen started their career at Fidelity Investments in 1998 as an I/T Specialist and worked there until 2000. In 1996, they joined IBM as an I/T Specialist System Z Hardware/Software and later became an I/T Architect in 2018. Allen also served as a Client Technical Specialist at IBM from 2001 to 2014. In 2018, they joined Mainline Information Systems as a Systems Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Allen Simonetti obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they studied from 1983-1989. Allen then pursued further education at Indiana State University, earning a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from 1990-1991. In addition to their formal education, Allen Simonetti has obtained several certifications, including Architect Profession Certification - Level 1 Experienced from IBM in November 2016, IBM Certified Specialist - z Systems Technical Support V6 from IBM in November 2015, and IBM Certified Specialist - System z Technical Support V2 from IBM in May 2008. Allen has also obtained certifications from Acclaim Badging and Aclaim Inc in various areas such as Cloud & Cognitive Patterns, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Blockchain SCALE, and more.
