Angel Velez

Angel Velez has a strong background in information technology and systems administration. Angel started their career in 1996 as a LAN Manager at CommoLoCo / American General Finance, where they managed the network and supervised computer operators. From 2000 to 2011, they worked as an iSeries System Administrator at Springleaf Financial Services / American General Finance, providing technical support, setting up functions, and analyzing operating process data. In 2011, they joined Precision Pipeline LLC as an iSeries System Administrator, responsible for iSeries/Websphere administration and system security. Angel then worked at TBC Corporation from 2012 to 2022, holding roles as iSeries Systems Engineer and iSeries System Administrator II, handling a variety of responsibilities including system management, performance, and software maintenance. Currently, they are a Senior System Engineer at Mainline Information Systems.

Angel Velez's education history begins with their high school education at Colegio Bautista de Carolina from 1977 to 1980. Angel then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (BSCIS) at EDP COLLEGE from 1982 to 1987.
