James Uwuseba, MBA, PMP has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. James started their career in 2006 as a Microwave Planning Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria, where they conducted technical site surveys and selected matching frequencies for data transmission. James then worked as a Transmission Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria, where they configured and commissioned Alcatel MUXs and SDH radios.

In 2009, James joined Huawei Technologies as a Senior Transmission Engineer, responsible for planning and deploying OTN technology for major telecommunications companies in Nigeria. James also provided high-level technical support and resolved escalated transmission faults.

From 2012 to 2016, James worked at Etisalat Nigeria as an Assistant Manager of Transport Networks. In this role, they managed Etisalat's transport infrastructure and developed processes to improve network performance and meet SLAs.

Currently, James is employed at MainOne as the Head of the Global Network Operation Center.
