Kumi Arumugam

Kumi Arumugam is a Corporate Finance Professional with specialized training from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada that focused on the fundamental skills of management and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a Business Administration Diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Ms. Arumugam has been with Mainroad since 2005 and has held positions as Assistant Controller, Controller, and Director of Finance, before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer for the Mainroad Group of companies in 2019. She is a member of the Mainroad Board of Directors and is responsible for corporate governance, financial, insurance, and bonding requirements.
