Abigail Halder currently serves as the VP of Proposal Operations at Mainsail, where the focus is on delivering confidential computing and zero trust solutions for critical infrastructure security. As a Board Member of the APMP Colorado Chapter, Abigail contributes to the professional growth of proposal management professionals. As the CEO and Founder of Contracts Co., Abigail assists businesses in securing public sector contracts. Previous roles include Senior Proposal Manager at ORock Technologies, Proposal Manager at Tempus Nova, and various proposal management positions with other organizations, showcasing extensive expertise in managing and developing compliant proposals across federal and public sectors. Abigail holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Iowa.
