John Penders

John Penders has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. John began their career as a Naval Aviator in the United States Navy from 2000 to 2009. John then moved on to work in Corporate Development at Raytheon from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined CSP Associates, Inc. as a Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategy professional from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at MAINSAIL Group, Inc., starting from 2014.

John Penders earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Boston College, which they completed in the years 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2006 to 2009. In 2011 to 2013, they attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they completed the Joint Professional Military Education: Command and Staff Program. Their most recent educational endeavor was at the USAF Air War College, where they received a Certificate in Senior Developmental Education (SDE) from 2017 to 2018.
