Jacob Larson is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive management experience. Currently serving as the Multi-Outlet Manager for Mainsail Lodging & Development since July 2022, Jacob oversees multiple outlets at the Luminary Hotel & Co, including the Silver King Brasserie and Beacon Social Drinkery. Previously, Jacob held the position of Regional Director of Operations for Food & Beverage at Hawkeye Hotels from December 2020 to June 2022. Jacob's earlier roles include Restaurant and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Supervisor at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, as well as serving as a Server Trainer and Adjunct Instructor at Kirkwood Community College. Jacob began the culinary journey as a Line Cook at Vesta Restaurant and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Kirkwood Community College.
