KC Kanoff

KC joined Mainsail Partners in 2019. She is responsible for originating, executing, and supporting investments in software companies.

Prior to joining Mainsail, KC was with Leonard Green & Partners in Los Angeles, California, where she executed and supported investments across multiple industries including business services, healthcare and consumer. While at Leonard Green & Partners, KC worked closely with portfolio companies Charter NEX, Insight Global, CHG Healthcare, and J.Crew, among others.

Prior to Leonard Green & Partners, KC worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking and middle market leverage finance groups where she advised and assisted companies across various industries with M&A and financings.

KC received her B.A. in Economics and Geology from Amherst College, where she was captain of the women’s varsity volleyball team, and she received her M.B.A from Harvard Business School, where she was co-president of the Venture Capital & Private Equity Club.
