Aimilios Sofianopoulos

Aimilios Sofianopoulos, PhD, is currently the Manager of R&D Test Engineering at Mainspring Energy, where Aimilios has been working since April 2022. Prior to this, Aimilios held the position of Senior Research Engineer at Convergent Science from January 2019 to March 2022. Aimilios's journey in the field started as a Research Engineer at Stony Brook University from January 2016 to December 2018, while Aimilios also gained experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina in 2011. Aimilios holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University, as well as a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki respectively.
