Janani Rajendran

Janani Rajendran is an experienced professional in process analysis and software development, currently serving as an Enterprise Systems Process Analyst and Software Developer at Mainspring Energy since January 2021. Prior to this role, Janani held the position of Process Steward at Emergere Technologies, where responsibilities included improving recruiting processes, understanding automation needs, and initiating performance reviews. Janani also worked as a Pro Bono Consultant for Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on data management and creating interactive dashboards, as well as completing a project management internship at Roots Irrigation Private Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
