Jonathan Carter

Jonathan Carter is a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Mainspring Energy since September 2020, with previous experience as a Firmware Engineer II at Renesas Electronics, where Jonathan developed firmware for integrated power chips and optimized ECDSA authentication modules. Prior roles include Firmware Engineer at Broadband Discovery Systems, where Jonathan worked on metal detector systems, and Electrical Engineer at Lumenetix Inc., focusing on Bluetooth LED lamp design. Jonathan also contributed to the NASA Sample Return Centennial Challenge, led various design projects, and participated in exploratory research at Synaptics. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and Robotics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2014.
