Kirk Gerber

Kirk Gerber has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kirk most recently worked as the VP of Operations & Supply Chain at Mainspring Energy since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Manufacturing at SOURCE Global from December 2016 to July 2021. Kirk briefly worked as the President at Ideal State Consulting, LLC in 2016.

Before that, Kirk held various leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Vice President - Honeywell Operating System from January 2014 to March 2016, Vice President - Integrated Supply Chain - Materials Planning & Procurement from October 2009 to January 2014, and INTEGRATED SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR / SITE LEADER from May 2006 to October 2009.

Kirk also worked as the Director - Operations at Danaher from January 2000 to April 2006 and as the General Manager at Woodward Governor Company from October 1997 to November 1999. Kirk's earlier roles include being a Purchasing Manager at Honeywell (AlliedSignal) from January 1996 to September 1997, a Product Cell Leader at Honeywell from January 1994 to January 1996, and a Production Liaison Engineer - Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell (Garrett Hydraulics) from January 1990 to January 1994.

Kirk started their career as a Test Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in July 1986.
