Rob Lavigne -

Rob LaVigne, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob currently serves as the Head of Operations & Maintenance at Mainspring Energy, where they oversee the efficient functioning of their high-efficiency Linear Generator. Previously, Rob worked at Rivermark Community Credit Union as a member of the Board of Directors, where they collaborated with the CEO on business operations and corporate strategy. Rob also founded and served as CEO of Referral Energy, a company focused on enabling energy transformation through partnerships with industry-leading product designers and contractors. Before that, they held various leadership roles at SolarCity, including Regional Vice President and Regional Director. Rob has also served on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Solar + Storage Industries Association. Their earlier experience includes positions at renewable energy companies such as Renewable NRG and Norton Motorcycles USA. Rob began their career in the sports industry at Nike and adidas, where they held roles in sales, marketing, and category management.

Rob LaVigne holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Vermont. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Series 63 and Series 6 from FINRA, GSD Blackbelt from The North American GSD Society, OSHA 30 from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training, and PV Technical Sales Certification from NABCEP. Rob also holds a C-46 Contractors License.
