Melissa has held various roles such as Vice President of Operations and Marketing, Program Manager, Community Engagement Administrator, and Substance Abuse Counselor, showcasing her commitment to helping individuals in need. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, Melissa continues to strive for excellence in her field.
