Matthew began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Preferred Sands, focusing on geological testing and compliance coordination. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
