Cathy Casanova, MBA, CRCFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Cathy started their career in 1997 as a Store Manager at Rite Aid and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Branch Manager at the SC Department of Motor Vehicles. In 2015, they transitioned to the senior living industry and became an Executive Director at Carolina Gardens, where they worked until 2018. Cathy then joined Jenni-Lynn Senior Living/Premier Senior Living as an Executive Director from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Executive Director at Heath Springs Residential Care. Cathy then worked as the Executive Director at Gardens at Sumter/Affinity Living Group from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they moved to Enlivant and served as a Regional Executive Director until 2023. Currently, Cathy holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Mainstay Senior Living, starting from June 2023. Throughout their career, Cathy has demonstrated their strong leadership skills and expertise in senior living and management roles.

Cathy started their educational journey at Herkimer County Community College, where they earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounting. After completing their associate degree, they continued their studies at Strayer University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Cathy pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University between 2017 and 2019, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Cathy Casanova holds the certification of Licensed CRCFA in South Carolina. Cathy obtained this certification from the State of South Carolina Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators in November 2016.
