Arjun Ray

Arjun Ray has a diverse work experience starting from 2010 until the present. Arjun worked as a Graduate Student at Brown University, conducting research on the role of genes in fruit flies' courtship behavior and the impact of Noch-signaling pathway members on alcohol reward memory formation. Arjun also worked at General Assembly as a Software Developer and Instructor, teaching coding courses. Arjun held various roles at SOVO// Magazine, including Lead Developer, System Admin, and Editorial Writer. Arjun also worked as a Founder, Maintainer, and Team Lead at polyPodia. Arjun has experience as a Full Stack Engineer and Tech Lead at Mainstay, as well as a Technical Lead at Open Future Coalition. Additionally, Arjun worked at Thinkful as a Remote Instructor and as a Lead Developer at Green Penguin. Arjun also had a role as a Frontend Developer at YallaPunk. Finally, Arjun owned and managed Echo Recording Studio as the Owner, Producer, and Audio Engineer.

Arjun Ray has a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Brown University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Brandeis University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from 2002 to 2006, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, General during the same period.
