Rod Skoglund has extensive experience in software development and management. Rod is currently the Director of Software at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions, where they oversee the development of the software department and provides guidance to the team. Previously, they worked at Honeywell Aerospace for over two decades, holding various roles such as Technical Supervisor/Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead. More recently, Rod completed a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) with a focus on Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they studied from 2019 to 2024.

Rod also obtained several certifications related to Agile/Scrum methodology through the Scrum Alliance, including the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in November 2018. Furthermore, they participated in certification programs at The University of Kansas, completing the Full Stack Web Development program in 2018 and the Data Analytics program in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Rod also earned various certifications in different areas, including Cloud Computing, Microservices Foundations, Java Essential Training, Agile Development Practices, and Scrum: The Basics.
