Joshua Burbrink

Joshua Burbrink currently serves as the Director of Business Intelligence and previously held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Mainstream Fiber Networks since October 2022. From June 2017 to August 2022, Joshua worked as the NOC Manager / Voice Architect, where responsibilities included sales engineering, project management, and deployment for infrastructure overhauls. Prior experience includes roles at CCI Cloud Communication Integrations as Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, and Project Manager, where Joshua managed teams and implemented technical projects. Joshua also served as Systems Administrator, providing comprehensive IT services for multiple clients, and gained experience in educational technology support at Jennings County School Corporation and Bartholomew County School Corporation. Joshua began a career in IT at Columbus Regional Hospital, focusing on systems operations and support. Joshua holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute.
