Ben Baboval

Ben Baboval, CAMS has over seven years of experience in compliance and risk management roles within the banking industry. Ben began their career at Middleburg Bank in 2014 as a Credit Coordinator before transitioning to a BSA Analyst role, where they were responsible for monitoring transactions, drafting SARs, and participating in risk management projects. Ben then moved to Access National Bank as the BSA Manager, overseeing the BSA program and managing software solutions. Currently, Ben holds various positions at MainStreet Bank, including SVP Chief Compliance Officer and VP roles focused on compliance risk, BSA, and risk management.
