Gabriel Derosier

Gabriel Derosier currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Community Development at MainStreet Bank, a position held since April 2019, after progressing through various leadership roles in community development and commercial lending. In addition to this role, Gabriel is an active Investor Committee Member at VCDC, contributing to affordable housing initiatives, and serves as a Board Member on both the Fairfax City Housing and Healthy Communities Advisory Board, where strategic advice is provided on housing policies, and Britepaths, focusing on financial literacy and empowerment. Prior experience includes significant positions at John Marshall Bank, United Bank Inc, Chevy Chase Bank, and Potomac Valley Bank. Gabriel holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a School of Bank Management certificate from the University of Virginia.
