Shara Andrade Mba, M.ed

Shara Andrade possesses extensive experience in instructional design and eLearning development, currently serving as an Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator at MainStreet Family Care since July 2021. In this role, Shara designs and develops eLearning curricula and hybrid programs for medical professionals. Previously, Shara worked as an Instructional Designer for Cornerstone Healthcare Training, transforming scripts into interactive eLearning courses. Other experiences include serving as an Instructional Design Project Coordinator at LearnQuest, a Webinar Presenter and Instructional Designer at Cluelabs, and providing freelance instructional design services. Prior to focusing on instructional design, Shara worked in insurance sales and as an educator in mathematics and science. Shara holds an MBA and a Master's in Education, along with various certifications in instructional design and user experience design.
