Rick Diaz started their work experience in 2001 as the Vice President and Treasurer at Statewide Bancorp, holding this position until 2009. In 2008, they joined Mainstreet Realtors as a Broker and President, a role they continue to hold. Mainstreet Realtors is a full-service real estate company based in Rancho Cucamonga that serves clients in southern California.

Rick Diaz attended the University of La Verne from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
