Richard Schwanke

Richard Schwanke is an experienced designer with a diverse background in tooling, fixtures, and product development. Currently serving as a Designer at Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. since November 2019, Richard has previously held designer roles at Ironwood 53, 3D Engineered Solutions Inc., and Adams Thermal Systems, where expertise included designing production tooling and quality control fixtures. Richard's career began at Total Component Solutions as a Machine Operator, followed by a significant tenure at Link Manufacturing Ltd., focusing on design for the Ultraride Suspension product line. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Natural Science from Northwestern College, complemented by foundational education from Hutchinson High School.
