Shane vander Kooi Pe

Shane Vander Kooi, PE has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, with a strong focus on leadership roles. Shane is currently the Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing at Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc., where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Shane also has experience in academia, working as an Adjunct Professor of Construction Management at Dordt College since 2012. Before that, they held the position of Plant Manager at Rosenboom Machine & Tool from 2012 to 2022, where they also worked as a Process Engineer from 2011 to 2012. Shane's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Engineer at Interstates from 2005 to 2011 and as an Engineering Supervisor at Link Manufacturing Ltd. from 2002 to 2005. Shane also held the roles of Product Engineer and Designer at Link Manufacturing Ltd. from 1993 to 2002 and from 1991 to 1993, respectively.

Shane Vander Kooi, PE, pursued their education at Dordt University from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.E.).
