James Dyer

James Dyer is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at MaintainX since October 2023, James previously held the position of Customer Value Manager at HighRadius, where responsibilities included managing customer renewals and product expansion for Middle and Upper Market clientele. James also had a significant tenure at Pendo.io as a Commercial Customer Success Manager and as a Corporate Account Executive, where skills in customer advocacy and key relationship development were honed. Experience also includes managing large customer portfolios at Devada and working in various roles in IT marketing and journalism earlier in the career. James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the College of Charleston, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015.
