Katherine Duggan

Katherine Duggan, MBA, has over a decade of experience in human resources and business partnership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at MaintainX since November 2025, Katherine previously held a similar position at Lightspeed Commerce from March 2024 to October 2025. Katherine's career began at Sunwing, where responsibilities spanned from managing quality assurance and analytics to sales center operations. Additionally, Katherine served as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner at FlightHub from January 2020 to March 2024 and worked as an Operations Coordinator for Ville de Châteauguay from 2013 to 2015. Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Human Science, Human Relations from Concordia University.
