Laurent-Julien Roy has worked as an IT Technician at MaintainX since 2022 and as a Service Desk Technician at CGI since 2021.

Laurent-Julien Roy is currently pursuing a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the Verdun Adult and Career Center. In November 2021, they obtained a Networking Essentials certification from the Cisco Networking Academy.
