Stephanie Shannon

Stephanie Shannon is an experienced professional in account management and project management, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at MaintainX since July 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions at DGENZ as a Project Manager and at 1Password as an Account Manager. With a diverse background at Lightspeed Commerce, Stephanie progressed through several roles, including Team Lead and Account Manager, and also served as Pod Lead for Sales Development North America and Sales Development Representative. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. Additionally, Stephanie attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2018.
