Leos Fikeis

Leos Fikeis is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and administration, currently serving as Branch Manager (HR) for Moravia at Maintec since June 2003. In this role, Leos focuses on personal communication with managers across companies of varying sizes and conducts analyses to create proposals for personnel services such as temporary staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing. Prior to this, from September 1999 to May 2003, Leos held the position of Head of Administration and Informatics at Kordárna, where responsibilities included developing compensation policies, collective bargaining, and managing information systems and telecommunications infrastructure. Leos Fikeis holds multiple advanced degrees from Masaryk University Brno, including a PhD in Applied Mathematics, as well as Master's degrees in Economics, Informatics, and Mathematics.
