Eskil Greger

Eskil Greger has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Eskil started their career in 1984 with the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they worked as a Machine Operator on the KNM Sarpen until 1985. In 1988, they joined Proserv as an Inspection Assistant for Bore Equipment before moving on to BW Group in 1989, where they served as a Chief Engineer until 2005. During this time, they worked on various ships and was involved in training positions in the Engine Department.

In 2005, Eskil Greger transitioned to the maritime industry working for Redningsselskapet as a Chief Engineer on the Reidar Von Kossén. Eskil then joined Olympic Subsea ASA as a Mechanic and Chief Engineer on the Olympic Provider, responsible for the operations and maintenance of technical equipment.

From 2008 to 2019, Greger worked at Aibel as a Discipline Leader for Maintenance Design, where they established maintenance routines, created and monitored spare parts lists, and participated in critical component assessments and quality assurance of documentation. Eskil then moved to Aker Solutions in 2018 as a Senior Maintenance Engineer, where they were assigned to Shell Norway, focusing on preventative maintenance updates and optimization.

Currently, Eskil Greger is working at MainTech AS as a Senior Engineer for Operations and Maintenance, contracted to Shell Kristiansund. In this role, they perform various tasks related to maintenance programs and material changes in Shell's SAP system.
