Justin Hicks is an experienced Service Account Manager with a proven track record in customer relationship management and project oversight. Currently at MaintenX since September 2019, Justin focuses on building long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring successful solution delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction. Prior to MaintenX, Justin held a similar role at RAMCON Roofing, where responsibilities included project management and account development. Justin began a career in roofing at Sutter Roofing Company, working as a Roof Survey Technician and subsequently as a Warehouse Manager, acquiring a diverse skill set in inspections, project bidding, and logistics. Education was completed at Armwood High School.
